The combination of the three flavors of Cheese the Queen will satisfy all your senses regardless of your mood. In addition purple potatoes, crisp salad and fresh dressing … we could not describe it, you should absolutely taste it yourself!
Colorful winter salad with Cheese the Queen
CHEESE the QUEEN Classic, Green Pepper, Turmeric
1 medium boiled yellow potato
1 medium boiled purple potato
½ cup blanched green beans
4-5 pieces of cherry tomatoes
5-6 red onion slices
3-4 tbsp olive oil
1 ½ tablespoons wine vinegar
2 tablespoons chopped spring onions
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 clove of garlic
½ tsp salt
Mix all ingredients for the dressing in a blender for a few seconds. The consistency should be fine-creamy.
Arrange salad, potatoes, green beans and cherry tomatoes in a suitable bowl. Sprinkle with dressing, mix together. On the vegetables arrange the cut pieces of the triple set CHEESE the QUEEN. Arrange with fresh parsley leaves and red onions on top.
Serve with two pieces of toasted bread.
