We love this chopped salad from Tuscany, especially with Cheese the Queen Green Pepper!

sourdough Bread
colourful Cherry Tomatoes
yellow pepper
red onions
parsley or basil
olive oil, pepper, salt
Cheese the Queen Green Pepper

Prep time: 10 min

Toast the bread with olive oil and black pepper in the oven for 10 min
Cut the tomatoes, yellow pepper and onion
Mix with salt and olive oil
Add the bread and the black pepper
Sprinkle with parsley or basil
Cut Cheese the Queen Green Pepper
and fully enjoy!
