Ciabatta with grilled CHEESE THE QUEEN TURMERIC

thinking of a delicious sandwich … with grilled Cheese the Queen with turmeric and smoky paprika, home-made mayonnaise, roasted peppers and pickled cucumbers. Mmmm, yummy in my tummy!

Ciabatta with grilled CHEESE THE QUEEN TURMERIC

Ingredients:

CHEESE THE QUEEN TURMERIC 
1 ciabatta bread /this one is with charcoal/
2 roasted red peppers
3-4 pickled cucumbers
homemade cashew mayonnaise /recipe bellow/
Chili strips at will

Preparation:
Peel roasted peppers
Cut the pickled cucumbers to your liking
Cut the your superfood delicacy CHEESE THE QUEEN into two slices and grill on a heated pan on both sides for 1-2 minutes
Put the sandwich together: spread the homemade mayonnaise generously, add chilli flakes and pickled cucumbers
Put the red pepper and the grilled CHEESE THE QUEEN on top

Homemade cashew mayonnaise:

Ingredients:
3/4 cup of soaked cashew nuts in water for about 6 hours
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
½ teaspoon orange
½ tsp lemon / lime
1/2 tsp mustard
1/2 teaspoon agave
salt
1/4 cup olive oil / oil

Preparation:
Mix all ingredients in a high-speed blender until a homogeneous cream. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
