Colourful salad with variety of CHEESE THE QUEEN
We know there are seasons that lack colors. It’s a recipe for a bleak in any gray day!
The combination of three flavors of CHEESE THE QUEEN will satisfy all your senses regardless of your mood.
Ingredients:
CHEESE THE QUEEN CLASSIC, GREEN PEPPER, TURMERIC /or any other of your choice/
green salad
1 medium boiled yellow potato
1 medium boiled purple potato
½ cup blanched green beans
4-5 pieces of cherry tomatoes
parsley
5-6 red onion slices
Dressing:
3-4 tbsp olive oil
1 ½ tablespoons wine vinegar
2 tablespoons chopped spring onions
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 clove of garlic
½ tsp salt
pepper
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients for the dressing in a blender
The consistency should be fine-creamy
Arrange salad, potatoes, green beans and cherry tomatoes in a bowl
Sprinkle the dressing and mix together
Cut pieces of variety of CHEESE THE QUEEN and arrange on top
Add fresh parsley leaves and red onions on top
Serve with toasted bread.
